The Orange Fennel Poached Shrimp ($18.95) starter is a perfect way to start any meal or accompany drinks at Perry’s lively Bar 79. The new shrimp entrée, the Butter Poached White Shrimp ($32.95), is served with orange fennel marmalade.
Other main course additions include the Crispy Skin Wild Red Snapper ($39.95), served with chive whipped potatoes and truffle vinaigrette, and the Pan Seared Sea Bass ($44.95) served with creamy corn and red pepper coulis. This dish is as beautiful as it is delicious.
For those who like their food rare, the Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna ($42.95) is a must-try. The tuna is seared and served with Asian slaw and ginger tomato fondu. The last addition is Atlantic Salmon served with cauliflower mousse ($36.95) and prepared one of three ways: grilled with lemon dill butter, grilled with basil sundried tomato butter or Moroccan-cured.
